About Darragh

Darragh has worked online with 200+ GAA athletes, helping them achieve levels of performance they never thought possible.

Here’s how it works…

Nutritional Support

We provide you with personalised calorie and macros targets.

Alongside that, we provide you with the education required so that you can learn how to get and stay in shape for life. As well as how you can fuel to perform at your best on the pitch and recover like a pro.

Structured and Progressive Training Plan

You will be provided with a structured plan, individualised to you and your goals. This will include gym and pitch work, so you can get strong, fast, agile and explosive for GAA.


We will provide you with the guidance so you can learn the best way to structure your week. Things can change week to week so it is important to learn these principles so you can still improve when schedules change.

Weekly Accountability and Education

You will be provided with daily lifestyle habits and targets to meet on a weekly basis, alongside a weekly check-in with your coach to ensure you are consistently moving towards your goals.

The weekly check-in is not there to hold the hand of the athlete, the work still must be done and the standards set by the athlete themselves. For long term progress this is key, so the check-in is simply there so we can keep driving the standard up and to educate as much as possible.

I've been with different coaches for years and can genuinely say being with Darragh has been the best experience I've had yet. How do I get involved?

To get involved, simply just fill out the online application form through the link, or send me a DM on Instagram. I will respond to you as soon as we can and we can jump on a call to discuss a plan for you moving forward.

What happens after I sign up?

Once you sign up you will be sent a PAR-Q form by email to fill out in detail so I can gather a clear picture of where you are currently at, and what it is you want to achieve going forward. Once I have all the key information and understand more about you, i can then start to build out the plan with regards to gym work, nutrition, structure and goals/targets for you as an athlete.

What makes The 365 Athlete different from other programs?

I pride myself on having been in the exact place that you find yourself in right now. I have been the athlete who struggled with pace, carried bodyfat and underperformed. Since then I have gained the knowledge and put it all into practise myself. In doing so I have now playing inter-county football with fermanagh for the last 5 years. I am also continuing to learn and grow every day as i try to improve my own performance and health.

What if I already have gym work from my club?

If you feel your club gym and field work is substantial, then this may not be the option for you. However, if you want to go to a higher level than those around you, the holistic approach provided will take you much further than a generic team plan. Becoming a high level athlete requires a deeper look at nutrition, load management, mental performance and accountability, which will be provided through the program. High performance is not just about going to the gym, it requires a complete focus on improving your overall lifestyle.
